Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You have been diagnosed with Sjögren's disease based on recognised international classification standards from 2016.
  • Your Sjögren's disease is currently stable and not very active, and you are either not taking steroid medications or taking no more than 15 mg per day of prednisone.
  • You are currently experiencing vaginal dryness at the time of joining the study.
  • You are willing to take part and have signed a consent form agreeing to follow the study procedures.

Who may not be able to join:

  • You have a history of breast, uterine, or ovarian cancer, blood clots, or serious heart, kidney, or liver problems.
  • You have another autoimmune or rheumatic condition such as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, systemic sclerosis, dermatomyositis, mixed connective tissue disease, or spondyloarthritis.
  • You have a condition that can look similar to Sjögren's disease, such as a history of radiation therapy to the head or neck, HIV/AIDS, hepatitis B or C, sarcoidosis, IgG4-related disease, or graft-versus-host disease (confirm with trial site if unsure whether your condition applies).
