  • People with active ongoing inflammatory bowel conditions such as ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease, or a history of a blocked or perforated bowel.
  • People with heart or cardiovascular conditions that are not well controlled, such as severe heart failure or a heart attack within the past 6 months.
  • People with active infections, including HIV, active hepatitis B, or active hepatitis C.
  • People who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
