Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are at least 18 years old at the time of signing the consent form
- People with advanced liver cancer that cannot be surgically removed, who are suitable to receive a specific combination treatment called the STRIDE regimen as their first treatment

- People whose cancer may be treatable with a curative approach, such as surgery to remove the tumour, a liver transplant, or a local procedure to destroy the tumour
- People whose cancer has been progressing very quickly on a previous treatment, leading to a significant and rapid decline in their overall health
