Who may be able to join
- People diagnosed with a type of breast cancer that is hormone receptor positive (HR+) and HER2 negative that has spread to other parts of the body.
- People who are currently on their first or second treatment for this cancer.
- People with a life expectancy of at least 12 months.

Who may not be able to join

- People with a major thought or mental health disorder, such as schizophrenia or dementia.

- People whose diabetes is poorly controlled or uncontrolled, as assessed by their doctor.
- People who have significant difficulty moving around, such as being unable to get in and out of a chair without assistance.
