Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 18 or older
- People who have been diagnosed with prostate cancer that has spread to other parts of the body and is still responding to hormone-based treatment (confirmed by lab or tissue testing)
- People whose treating doctor plans to start them on a type of hormone therapy called androgen deprivation therapy (ADT), combined with one of three specific medications — abiraterone, apalutamide, or enzalutamide — as part of their regular care
- People who are able to fill in a set of questionnaires about memory, fatigue, mood, and sleep
- People who have given written consent to participate
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have already received systemic (whole-body) treatment for metastatic prostate cancer, except those who have been on ADT for three months or less
- People with a known history of severe cognitive impairment that would make completing questionnaires too difficult
- People who currently have another active cancer that requires systemic (whole-body) treatment
- People who would not be able to follow the study procedures or attend follow-up appointments
- People whose doctor considers them unsuitable for the trial for any other reason that could affect their safety or the reliability of the study data
