Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with diabetes, are taking diabetes medication, or have had a blood test showing high blood sugar levels (HbA1c)

- People who have been diagnosed with high blood pressure or are taking medication to lower blood pressure

- People who currently smoke, have smoked in the past, or are receiving treatment related to smoking

- People who are able to understand and sign a consent form agreeing to take part
Who may not be able to join:
- People who are unable to provide written consent to participate
- People who have been diagnosed with heart failure or have previously been found to have reduced heart pumping function
- People with certain implanted devices or metal in the body that make MRI scans unsafe, such as a pacemaker, defibrillator, aneurysm clips in the brain, or metal fragments in the eyes
- People with any other reason identified by the MRI team that would make an MRI scan unsafe (confirm with trial site)
- People whose heart rate is very low (below 45 beats per minute) or whose blood pressure is very low (systolic below 90 mmHg)
- People who experience severe anxiety in enclosed spaces (claustrophobia)
- People who have significant hearing loss of 30 decibels or more in the inner ear, along with ringing in the ears (tinnitus)
- People with a serious mental health condition that currently requires active treatment
- People who are pregnant
