Who may be able to join
- People who are female and aged 18 or older.

- People who have an inherited bleeding disorder, a problem with blood clotting, a high risk of bleeding, or who have experienced a blood clot-related event (such as a mini-stroke, brain bleed, stroke, or pulmonary embolism) within the 6 months before starting the trial medication.
- People who have uncontrolled high blood pressure along with a history of hypertensive crisis or a condition where high blood pressure has affected the brain.
- People who are pregnant or currently breastfeeding.
- People who have conditions that significantly affect how oral medications are absorbed, such as difficulty swallowing, ongoing nausea or vomiting, long-term diarrhea, or a bowel blockage.
- People with a history of severe psychiatric disorders, or issues with substance misuse, alcohol dependence, or drug addiction.
- People who are currently taking part in another interventional clinical trial, or who have received another experimental drug or device within 4 weeks before their first dose in this trial (note: people who were screened for but did not enter another trial may still be considered).
- People who have any other physical or psychological condition that the trial investigator believes could increase the risks of the study, affect the person's ability to follow the trial requirements, or prevent them from completing the trial.
