- People whose heart's pumping strength (measured as Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction, or LVEF) was below 50% within the last 6 months
- People whose heart's electrical signal duration (called QRS duration) is 130 milliseconds or longer on a heart tracing test (ECG), OR whose heart has a pacemaker or device that paces the right side of the heart more than 40% of the time, OR who are expected to need that level of pacing (confirm with trial site)

- People whose result from an AI-based ECG test suggests a high likelihood of reduced heart pumping function (a score above 0.5 on this specific test)
Who may not be able to join:
- People under 18 years of age
- People who would not be able to attend follow-up appointments or check-ins during the trial
- People who are pregnant
