Who may be able to join
- People with advanced or metastatic solid tumours that cannot be cured, where standard treatments have stopped working, are not tolerated, or where a doctor has determined the person is not suitable for standard treatment (or the person has chosen not to have it). Eligible cancer types include relapsed or treatment-resistant bladder cancer (including certain subtypes and cancers affecting the upper urinary tract), non-small cell lung cancer, head and neck squamous cell cancer, cervical cancer, stomach and gastro-oesophageal junction cancer, endometrial cancer, and triple-negative breast cancer.
- For the bladder cancer group specifically: people who have had up to 2 prior treatments containing a drug called MMAE may be eligible, provided any existing nerve damage (peripheral neuropathy) is mild to moderate (Grade 2 or less).
- People whose cancer can be measured using standard imaging criteria (called RECIST v1.1).
- People whose organs (such as liver, kidneys, and bone marrow) are functioning adequately (confirm with trial site for specific thresholds).
Who may not be able to join

- People with nerve damage (peripheral neuropathy) that is more than mild to moderate in severity (above Grade 2).
- People who have a history of, or currently have, inflammatory skin conditions such as eczema or psoriasis that required or currently require biologic medications or oral steroid tablets to manage.
