Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are participants in the Childhood Cancer Survivor Study (CCSS)
- People who are 26 years of age or older
- People who were treated for childhood cancer with a certain level of heart-affecting chemotherapy drugs called anthracyclines (at a cumulative dose of 100 mg/m² or more), with or without radiation, OR who received 15 Gy or more of radiation to the chest area, with or without those chemotherapy drugs
- People who have no history of a weakened or damaged heart muscle (cardiomyopathy)
- People who have not had a heart ultrasound (echocardiogram) in the past 5 years
- People who have previously completed CCSS surveys
- People who speak English
- People who were not enrolled in the earlier version of this study (called ECHOS-1 pilot)
Who may not be able to join:
- People who are currently taking part in a long-term follow-up program that already provides health screening based on their individual cancer treatment risks
