Who might be able to join this trial:
For people being interviewed as clients (service users):
- Adults aged 18 or older
- People who have received services or taken part in programs at a partner community organisation in the past 12 months
- People who currently live in the Philadelphia metropolitan area
- People who are able to give informed consent to participate
For staff being interviewed:
- Adults aged 18 or older
- People currently employed at the Philadelphia telePrEP Program or a partner community organisation
- People working in a client-facing role (such as outreach specialists) or a leadership role (such as program coordinators) at one of those organisations
- People who have been in their current role for at least 6 months
- People who are able to give informed consent to participate
For people completing client surveys:
- People aged 16 or older
- People who have connected with a Community TelePrEP Navigator through a partner community organisation to schedule a telehealth appointment with a PrEP provider
- People who currently live in the Philadelphia metropolitan area
- People who are able to give informed consent to participate
Who may not be able to join:
- People under 16 years of age (for the client survey) or under 18 years of age (for staff or client interviews)
- People who do not currently live in the Philadelphia metropolitan area
- People who are unable to give informed consent due to cognitive impairment or other factors
- People who may pose a safety risk to research staff or other participants
- Clients who are currently living with HIV
