For people being interviewed as clients (service users):

  • Adults aged 18 or older
  • People who have received services or taken part in programs at a partner community organisation in the past 12 months
  • People who currently live in the Philadelphia metropolitan area
  • People who are able to give informed consent to participate

For staff being interviewed:

  • Adults aged 18 or older
  • People currently employed at the Philadelphia telePrEP Program or a partner community organisation
  • People working in a client-facing role (such as outreach specialists) or a leadership role (such as program coordinators) at one of those organisations
  • People who have been in their current role for at least 6 months
  • People who are able to give informed consent to participate

For people completing client surveys:

  • People aged 16 or older
  • People who have connected with a Community TelePrEP Navigator through a partner community organisation to schedule a telehealth appointment with a PrEP provider
  • People who currently live in the Philadelphia metropolitan area
  • People who are able to give informed consent to participate

Who may not be able to join:

  • People under 16 years of age (for the client survey) or under 18 years of age (for staff or client interviews)
  • People who do not currently live in the Philadelphia metropolitan area
  • People who are unable to give informed consent due to cognitive impairment or other factors
  • People who may pose a safety risk to research staff or other participants
  • Clients who are currently living with HIV
