Who may be able to join
- The call to emergency services (SAMU Centre 15) must be about a child aged between 3 months and 10 years
- The child must have a fever as their only symptom, based on a recognised medical definition of fever alone

- Children who have a history of urinary tract infection
- Children whose caller is directed during the phone call to go to a healthcare facility for an in-person assessment (such as being referred to an emergency room, a primary care doctor, or attended to by emergency services)
- Calls made from a landline or a foreign phone number, where sending a text message would not be possible
- Calls made by someone who is not able to read or understand French
