Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults aged 20 or older who have been diagnosed with liver cancer (hepatocellular carcinoma), confirmed by imaging or tissue testing
- People who have had a previous TARE treatment (a type of internal radiation therapy for liver cancer) and still have remaining cancer, or whose cancer has come back or grown in or near the treated area, and whose doctors have decided further treatment is needed after at least 6 months of follow-up

- People whose liver enzyme levels (AST and ALT) are less than 5 times the upper limit of the normal range
- People who do not have a blood clotting disorder
- People with an ECOG performance status of 2 or lower — meaning they are able to carry out some daily activities independently
- Women who are not pregnant, or women of childbearing age who are using appropriate contraception
- People without other serious underlying health conditions that would significantly affect survival
- People who have been fully informed about the trial and have signed a consent form
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have previously received external beam radiation therapy to the liver
- People who have an active, unresolved infection at the time of enrolment
- People who currently have, or have had within the last 5 years, another advanced cancer (other than the liver cancer being treated)
- People who have previously had a liver transplant
- People whose treating radiation oncologist considers the planned treatment to be inappropriate or unsafe for them
