Who may be able to join
- Women aged 18 or older
- People with a confirmed breast cancer diagnosis based on imaging and pathology results
- People who are about to receive their first course of a type of chemotherapy called anthracycline-based chemotherapy
Who may not be able to join

- People currently taking an oral medication called cyclosporine at the same time
- People whose cancer has spread to other organs in the body
- People who have already had previous cycles of chemotherapy
- People for whom statin use is not medically safe for any reason (confirm with trial site)
