You have been assessed by a doctor as being in generally good to moderate health for anaesthesia (classified as ASA grade I, II, or III — confirm with trial site if unsure which applies to you)

You have a history of irregular heartbeat (heart arrhythmia) or an abnormal ECG (heart tracing)
You have a neurological condition such as Parkinson's disease or multiple sclerosis
You have serious liver or kidney problems
