Who might be able to join this trial:

• Children aged 15 years old or younger
• Children who are staying in a pediatric intensive care unit after heart surgery

Who may not be able to join:

• Babies born prematurely who have not yet reached 37 weeks of corrected age (confirm with trial site)

• Children for whom lying flat on their back is not safe or could cause harm
• Children where ultrasound imaging of the heart is not possible, either because of poor image quality or because the child is too restless to remain still during the scan
• Children, parents, or legal guardians who have expressed they do not wish to participate
