Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are within the age range and have a health condition that fits the purpose of this trial (confirm with trial site)
- Your doctor believes you would benefit from nasal rinsing/washing as part of normal care
- You have at least two nasal symptoms that are moderate or worse in intensity, such as: a blocked or stuffy nose, runny nose, needing to blow your nose frequently, sneezing, thick nasal discharge, or loss of smell/taste (for babies, noisy or mouth breathing instead)
- Your nasal breathing is noticeably impaired due to your nasal symptoms
- If joining for an acute (sudden) condition: your symptoms started no more than 72 hours before enrolling in the study
- If joining for allergic rhinitis: you have year-round allergic rhinitis, with or without seasonal allergies
- If joining following surgery: you have had a septoplasty or rhinoseptoplasty (nose or nose-and-septum surgery)
- You (or your child's parent) are willing to perform nasal washing following advice from healthcare professionals
- You (or your child's parent) agree to follow all study requirements for the full study period of up to 3 months
- You (or your child's parent) can understand and read the local language and are able to fill in questionnaires independently
- You have daily access to the internet to complete online questionnaires
- You (or your child's legal guardian) have given your free and informed consent to participate
- You are covered by a social security health system or an equivalent
Who may not be able to join:
- You have any medical reasons why the nasal wash product should not be used in your case (confirm with trial site)
- You have a known allergy or sensitivity to any ingredient in the products being studied
- You are currently taking part in another clinical trial, or are still within a waiting period following a previous clinical trial
- You are already using nasal washing to manage your nasal symptoms
- You have already been enrolled in this study before
- Someone else in your household is already taking part in this study and is still being followed up
- You are under a court or administrative order restricting your freedom, or are under full legal guardianship
