Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged between 18 and 65 years
- People who have been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis based on the ACR/EULAR 2010 criteria
- People whose treatment plan has not changed significantly (such as starting or adjusting disease-modifying or biologic medications, or a large increase in steroid dose) in the past 4 weeks
- People who are able to walk at least 10 metres without any assistance
- People who score 24 or above on a standard memory and thinking test called the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE)
- People who are able to understand and follow instructions given in Turkish
Who may not be able to join:
- People who are not able to understand or follow spoken instructions in Turkish
- People who have a history of a neurological condition, an inner ear (vestibular) disorder, or a serious bone or joint condition
- People whose ability to take part physically is limited due to an active infection or a serious ongoing illness affecting the whole body
- People who have had surgery on a leg, foot, hip, or knee, or who have had a serious injury to the lower body, within the last 6 months
