Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are 18 years old or older and have been diagnosed with chronic rhinosinusitis (long-term sinus inflammation), with or without nasal polyps, as confirmed by your doctor.
- You have had at least 2 of the following symptoms for more than 12 weeks: blocked or stuffy nose, runny nose, reduced sense of smell, or facial pain or pressure — AND your doctor has confirmed sinus problems through a nose camera exam or CT scan.
Who may not be able to join:
- You have had surgery on your sinuses in the past.
- You have severe nasal polyps, based on a score measured during a nose camera exam (confirm with trial site).
- You are currently using or have previously used certain biologic injection medications for nasal polyps, including dupilumab, omalizumab, mepolizumab, tezepelumab, or depemokimab.
- You are unable to complete questionnaires written in English.
- You have a known condition that affects how your nose and airways clear mucus (confirm with trial site).
- You have a known problem with your adrenal glands or a related hormonal condition (confirm with trial site).
- You are currently taking steroid tablets (such as prednisone) for another health condition.
- You have taken antibiotic tablets or capsules within the 2 weeks before joining the study.
- Your symptom score on a standard sinus questionnaire is too low to measure meaningful improvement (confirm with trial site).
