Who may be able to join
- Participants must be 18 years of age or older.

Who may not be able to join

- People with serious or uncontrolled illness, including active infections being treated with intravenous (drip) antibiotics, severe ongoing digestive problems with diarrhoea, active bleeding disorders, severe heart or mental health conditions, or a history of receiving a transplanted organ from another person.
- People who have had another type of cancer in the past 3 years that is known to still be active, with some exceptions such as certain treated skin cancers or early-stage cancers that were fully removed (confirm with trial site).
- People with a current or past history of autoimmune or inflammatory conditions (where the immune system attacks the body).
- People whose cancer has spread to distant parts of the body.
- People with active or uncontrolled hepatitis B or C, uncontrolled HIV infection, or active tuberculosis.
- People with a history of lung inflammation conditions, including those caused by medications, radiation treatment, or previous immunotherapy.
- People who have already had surgery, radiotherapy, or any systemic cancer treatment specifically for their triple-negative breast cancer.
- People who have received immune-suppressing medications within 14 days before the first trial treatment.
- People who have received a live attenuated vaccine (a type of vaccine made with a weakened live virus) within 30 days before the first trial treatment.
