Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been officially diagnosed with Meniere's disease in one or both ears
- You are between 18 and 60 years old
- You have been experiencing fluctuating symptoms or ongoing balance problems for at least 3 months
- You have sufficient mental clarity to take part in balance training exercises, as measured by a standard memory and thinking test (confirm with trial site)
- You are willing to take part in the study and sign a consent form
Who may not be able to join:
- Your dizziness or vertigo is caused by something other than Meniere's disease
- You currently have another serious or active medical condition
- You have a neurological, psychological, or cognitive condition that affects your thinking or functioning
- You have had orthopaedic (bone or joint) surgery within the last 3 months
- You are planning to have surgery during the period of the rehabilitation programme
- You have instability in the bones of your neck or upper spine
- You have recently had an acute injury to your neck
- You have a condition where blood flow through the main artery supplying the back of the brain is reduced (confirm with trial site)
