Who may be able to join
- Pregnant people admitted to Stanford Children's Hospital's antepartum (pre-birth) unit for medical reasons that are likely to require more than 3 weeks in hospital (for example, certain placenta conditions, early water breaking, or severe high blood pressure during pregnancy).
- People who can read and write in English or Spanish.
- People whose depression screening score on admission was 10 or higher on a standard questionnaire called the EPDS (Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale).
