Who might be able to join this trial:

• You are 18 years of age or older (any gender)
• You are generally able to carry out light activity and care for yourself, but may not be able to do heavy physical work (confirm with trial site)
• Scans have shown you have advanced liver cancer that is not suitable for surgery

• Your tumor has already been treated with targeted therapy, immunotherapy, a procedure called TACE, or radiotherapy
• You are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a positive pregnancy test at the start of the trial
• Scans show that your cancer has spread to your brain or nervous system
• You have taken part in another clinical drug trial within the past 4 weeks
• You have had major surgery in the past 4 weeks, or have not fully recovered from surgery
• You have had radiotherapy in the past 2 weeks
• You have a history of, or currently have, a condition where your immune system does not work properly or attacks your own body
• You have previously had an organ transplant or a bone marrow/stem cell transplant
• You are currently taking medicines that suppress your immune system or high-dose steroids
• You have HIV, syphilis, or active hepatitis B or C infection
• You have a known allergy to any of the medicines used in this trial
• You have a build-up of fluid around your lungs, heart, or abdomen that needs medical treatment
• You have had serious heart problems in the past 12 months, such as heart failure, heart attack, or significant irregular heartbeat
• You have had a blood clot, stroke, mini-stroke, or certain heart procedures in the past 6 months
• You have had stomach or bowel problems (such as surgery, bleeding, or blockages) that could affect how you absorb medication
• You have a severe uncontrolled infection or a significant kidney problem
• You have an active lung condition such as interstitial lung disease, COPD, asthma, or a history of tuberculosis
• You have problems with blood clotting, a tendency to bleed, or are taking blood-thinning medicines (other than low-dose preventive treatment)
• You have had significant bleeding in the past 3 months (such as coughing up blood, stomach bleeding, or bleeding from varicose veins)
• You have a known condition that causes bleeding or clotting problems, such as haemophilia
• You have a history of drug or alcohol misuse, or a mental health condition that might affect your ability to follow the trial
• You are taking warfarin or similar blood-thinning medicines and have been within 14 days before starting
• You have any other serious health condition that the trial team believes makes participation unsuitable
