Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 18 years or older
- People whose immune system is weakened or suppressed — this includes organ transplant recipients, people with blood cancers or other cancers, people taking medications that affect the immune system, bone marrow or stem cell transplant recipients, and people with autoimmune diseases or immune deficiencies (whether inherited or acquired)
- People who have had at least one positive PCR test result for toxoplasmosis (from any tissue sample)
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have previously said they do not want their medical data used for scientific research
- People who are HIV positive
- People whose toxoplasmosis was present from birth (congenital toxoplasmosis)
- People whose toxoplasmosis affects only the eyes and who are not immunocompromised
