Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who are able to give written consent to participate
• People who are 18 years of age or older
• People who have been clinically diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) for more than 6 months
• People who have been on a stable RA treatment plan for at least 3 months and are expected to stay on that same treatment throughout the study
• People who are willing to take the study product every day for the full duration of the study

Who may not be able to join:

• People who are pregnant, planning to become pregnant during the study, or who are currently breastfeeding
• People who are capable of becoming pregnant but are not using a reliable and ongoing method of contraception — acceptable methods include complete abstinence, a surgically sterilised male partner, exclusively female sexual partners, barrier methods or contraceptive pills (used for at least one week before and after the study), or an IUD or contraceptive implant (in place at least two weeks before the first screening visit and two weeks after the study ends) (confirm with trial site)
• People with a history of drug or alcohol abuse
• People with food allergies that would prevent them from taking the study products, including allergies to milk or soy
• People with significant ongoing or serious health conditions that the investigator believes would prevent them from completing the study, put them at risk, or make the results harder to interpret — this includes conditions such as lupus, scleroderma, polymyositis or dermatomyositis, other inflammatory joint diseases (such as psoriatic arthritis, gout, reactive arthritis, or Lyme disease), diagnosed gastrointestinal disease, certain gastrointestinal surgeries in the past five years, kidney failure, or liver cirrhosis
• People who have used antibiotics in the past 8 weeks
• People who have used probiotic supplements in the past 4 weeks
• People who have eaten yoghurts containing probiotics in the past 2 weeks
• People who, in the investigator's opinion, are unlikely to attend appointments or follow the study requirements reliably
• People who are currently taking part in another clinical trial, or who have recently completed one without enough time having passed (confirm with trial site)
