Who may be able to join
- People who are 18 years of age or older
- People who have a confirmed diagnosis of breast cancer at stage I, II, or IIIa
- People who have also been diagnosed with a heart or blood vessel condition, such as heart failure, high blood pressure, coronary artery disease, stroke, a mini-stroke (transient ischemic attack), cardiomyopathy, or irregular heart rhythms (arrhythmias)
- People who are able to read, write, and communicate in English
- People who have finished active cancer treatments such as chemotherapy and radiotherapy, are currently receiving regular care from a GP or practice nurse at a primary care centre, and are willing to take part in the study and give their consent to do so
Who may not be able to join
