- People who exercise regularly at a regional competitive level, specialising in aerobic activities, with more than 300 minutes of exercise per week for at least the past 6 months
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have a diagnosed sleep disorder, or who score above the cut-off points on sleep assessment questionnaires indicating clinical insomnia, a severe risk of breathing-related sleep disruption, or poor sleep quality overall
- People who have a diagnosed mental health condition that requires treatment
- People who have a medically diagnosed condition affecting the kidneys, lungs, heart, or muscles and nerves
- People who are pregnant or currently breastfeeding
