Who may be able to join
- Adults aged 18 or older
- People who are fluent in English
- People who have normal hearing, or hearing that is corrected to normal (for example, with hearing aids)
- People who have normal vision, or vision that is corrected to normal (for example, with glasses or contact lenses)
- People who are currently experiencing anxiety, as measured by a score of 8 or higher on a standard anxiety questionnaire called the GAD-7

- People who are currently experiencing high levels of thoughts of suicide, as determined by specific scores on standardised mental health questionnaires (confirm with trial site)
- People who have made a suicide attempt in the past two years
- People who currently have, or have a history of, psychosis or bipolar disorder
