- People who are experiencing menopausal symptoms, meaning irregular or changed periods along with at least one of the following: hot flashes or excessive sweating, sleep problems, mood swings or depression, dryness of mucous membranes (such as vaginal dryness), recurring urinary tract infections or an overactive bladder, joint pain, reduced interest in sex, or weight gain

- People whose menopause was caused by an illness or a surgical procedure (such as removal of the ovaries)
- People with health conditions that would make it unsafe to take part in an exercise program (confirm with trial site)
- People who are already doing 150 minutes or more of physical activity per week, including at least 75 minutes at high intensity
