Who may be able to join
- People aged between 50 and 75 years, of any gender.

- People who have successfully completed a short trial of wearing the iNAP device (a treatment device worn in the mouth) for 30 minutes without significant discomfort, nausea, or other reactions.

Who may not be able to join
Each point below is a reason the trial team may not be able to accept someone. It is not a list of requirements to meet.
- People with a known allergy to silicone, or who have severe nasal blockage conditions (such as nasal polyps or significant chronic nasal inflammation) that make breathing through the nose difficult.
- People who have had a serious heart or brain event (such as a heart attack or stroke) or a severe flare-up of a significant lung condition in the past 6 months.
- People who have another sleep disorder (such as chronic insomnia, narcolepsy, or restless legs syndrome) that could affect how sleep apnea is measured.
- People who have a diagnosed central nervous system condition (such as epilepsy or after-effects of a brain infection) or a severe mental health condition (such as schizophrenia or serious depression).
- People who have severe difficulties with speech or a physical disability that would prevent them from completing thinking and memory assessments.
- People who have any condition that affects their level of consciousness or awareness.
- People who currently have a diagnosis of depression or another psychiatric disorder.
- People with a history of alcohol dependence, drug addiction, or a neurological condition known to affect memory and thinking (such as a significant past head injury, epilepsy, brain infection, or a condition called normal pressure hydrocephalus).
