- People who have a history of coronary artery disease, meaning they have had at least one of the following: a heart attack, a coronary stent, a procedure to open blocked heart arteries (PCI), heart bypass surgery (CABG), a significant narrowing of a heart artery (at least 50%), or a calcium score of at least 300 Agatston units on a heart scan
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have Parkinson's disease or a tremor (shaking)

- People who are currently pregnant
- People who currently use tobacco products
- People who currently use illicit drugs
- People who currently drink more than 14 alcoholic drinks per week (for women) or more than 28 alcoholic drinks per week (for men)
- People whose coronary artery disease is currently unstable, meaning they are actively experiencing chest discomfort or pain
- People who currently use supplemental oxygen
- People who have more than mild cognitive impairment (memory or thinking difficulties), as recorded in their medical notes by their care team
- People who would be unable to follow the study procedures
- People who do not speak English
