Who may be able to join
- Adults aged 18 years or older.
- People with a laboratory-confirmed diagnosis of triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) that has come back or spread to other parts of the body.
- People whose cancer has been tested and meets specific definitions of being "triple-negative" (low levels of estrogen and progesterone receptors, and HER2 negative based on standard lab tests), and who have already received at least one treatment for their cancer after it spread.

Who may not be able to join

- People who have previously been treated with the drugs Sacituzumab Govitecan or Bevacizumab.
- People with uncontrolled central nervous system involvement (confirm with trial site).
- People who have another active primary cancer in addition to their breast cancer.
- People with severe infection, serious heart disease, autoimmune disease, or other health conditions that the treating doctor considers unsuitable for anti-cancer treatment.
