Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are 18 years of age or older
- People who have been diagnosed with heart failure according to the Universal Definition (confirm with trial site)

- Group 3: The first 100 eligible people who do not meet the criteria for Group 1 or Group 2
Who may not be able to join:
- People whose kidneys are functioning at a very low level (an eGFR below 20 mL/min/1.73m²) (confirm with trial site)
- People who are currently on dialysis or another form of kidney replacement therapy
- People whose health condition is serious enough that they need to be hospitalised
- People who are unable to give their consent to participate, or who are unable to provide urine samples as required by the study
