Who may be able to join
- People who are 18 years of age or older
- People who identify as Latine
- People who are a caregiver to a child aged 18 years or younger who lives in the same household
- People who prefer to receive services in Spanish
- People whose scores for depression, anxiety, and/or PTSD fall in the moderate range, as measured by a mental health screening tool called the CAT-MH

- People whose CAT-MH screening results show mild or higher levels of mania symptoms
- People whose CAT-MH screening results show mild or higher levels of psychosis symptoms
- People whose CAT-MH screening results indicate active thoughts of suicide
- People whose CAT-MH screening results show severe levels of depression, anxiety, or PTSD symptoms
- People who are currently receiving psychotherapy (talk therapy) services
