Who may be able to join
- People aged between 18 and 75 years old

- People who have cancer that has spread to the brain or central nervous system and is currently active or has not been treated
- People who have an active autoimmune disease that requires ongoing treatment with medicines that affect the whole body
- People who have a significant heart or blood vessel condition
- People who have active lung disease affecting the tissue between the air sacs (interstitial lung disease)
- People who have an active infection, including tuberculosis, HIV, or hepatitis B or C
- People who are pregnant or currently breastfeeding
- People who have other conditions that the trial investigator believes may interfere with safe participation in the study (confirm with trial site)
