Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are 18 years old or older at the time of signing the consent form
- You have been diagnosed with chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps for at least 1 year before starting tezepelumab treatment
- Your medical records from at least 1 year before starting tezepelumab are available, including details about any steroid use, nasal polyp surgery, or reasons why those treatments were not suitable for you
- You have been prescribed and have already started treatment with tezepelumab, and no more than 4 weeks have passed since you started it

- You are currently receiving care from a specialist doctor, such as an ear, nose and throat (ENT) doctor, at the trial site
- You are willing and able to sign and date a consent form
- You are able to read, understand, and fill in the questionnaires required by the study
Who may not be able to join:
- You have a medical reason why you should not take tezepelumab, based on official guidance or your doctor's opinion
- You are currently taking another biological medicine for your nasal polyps or asthma (though stable allergy immunotherapy is allowed, and switching from a previous biological medicine to tezepelumab may be permitted if at least 60 days have passed since your last dose of the previous medicine)
- You are currently taking part in another observational study that could affect this trial's results, or you have taken part in an interventional clinical trial in the last 3 months
- You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
