Who may be able to join
- People who are 55 years of age or older.

Who may not be able to join

- People who have previously been diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease or a related dementia, whether through a clinical diagnosis or as recorded in their medical records.
- People who have an existing diagnosis of dementia.
- People whose brain MRI scan shows certain unexpected findings, such as cancerous growths, significant abnormalities in blood vessels in the brain, or a major stroke within the past 12 months.
- People for whom a lumbar puncture (a procedure to collect fluid from around the spine) is medically inadvisable.
- People who have taken part in another interventional research study within the 3 months before screening.
- People who, for any other reason, the trial investigator believes would not be best served by participating in the study.
