Who might be able to join this trial:
- Female university students currently enrolled in a midwifery or medicine degree program
- People aged between 18 and 25 years old
- People who have a regular weekly schedule with clear study or work days and free days
- People who are willing to take part and sign a written consent form
- People who are able to carry out a daily self-acupressure practice every day for 12 weeks
- People who are able to fill in sleep questionnaires and keep a sleep diary throughout the study

- People who are currently taking medications known to significantly affect sleep or the body's internal clock, such as sleeping tablets or stimulants
- People who are doing shift work or night work at any point during the study period
- People who have travelled across two or more time zones in the past four weeks, or who plan to do so during the study
- People who have a long-term physical or mental health condition that may significantly affect their sleep
- People who are currently pregnant
