Who may be able to join
- People who have been diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) or early dementia, or who have noticeable memory changes shown on a standard memory test called the MoCA (even if not yet formally diagnosed).
- People whose score on the MoCA memory test falls between 10 and 28 (inclusive).
- People aged between 50 and 90 years (inclusive).

- People who have a neurological, psychiatric, or medical condition that carries a long-term risk of significant cognitive decline, including (but not limited to) pre-manifest Huntington's disease, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, Down syndrome, active alcohol or drug abuse, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar disorder, or a current episode of major depression.
- People who currently have, or have had within the past two years, a psychiatric diagnosis or symptoms — such as hallucinations, major depression, or delusions — that the trial investigator believes could interfere with study procedures.
- Women who are pregnant or currently breastfeeding.
- People who are unable to complete the study assessments in English.
- People who are not able to provide their own consent to participate.
