Group 1 – People who work nights at high altitude:
- People who have been employed at the Pic du Midi (a site located at 2,877 metres altitude) for at least one month
- People whose job involves working nights at the Pic du Midi as part of their normal duties
- People who are covered by a social security scheme
- People who have given their free, fully informed, and written agreement to take part
Group 2 – People who work at the Pic du Midi but do NOT work nights at high altitude:
- People who have been employed at the Pic du Midi for at least one month
- People whose job does not involve working nights at the Pic du Midi
- People who are covered by a social security scheme
- People who have given their free, fully informed, and written agreement to take part
Who may not be able to join:
- People with a history of heart or blood vessel (cardiovascular) disease
- People currently taking medications for the heart, blood vessels, or mental health (psychotropic medications)
- People who are under legal guardianship or a similar legal protection arrangement
- Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding
- People who do not have sufficient French language skills to complete the study questionnaires
