Who might be able to join this trial:

- You have an unstable serious mental health condition, such as bipolar disorder or a psychotic disorder
- You currently have a problem with alcohol or drug misuse
- You are currently taking opioid medicines (such as codeine or morphine) for pain
- You are currently taking steroid medicines that affect your whole body (such as prednisone)
- You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
- You have had surgery that created an opening in your abdomen for waste removal (an ileostomy or colostomy)
- You have been diagnosed with a seizure disorder (such as epilepsy)
- You have been diagnosed with sleep apnea (where breathing stops and starts during sleep)
- You have been diagnosed with restless leg syndrome, or a screening questionnaire suggests you may have it (confirm with trial site)
- You work night shifts, rotating shifts, or travel frequently across different time zones
- You live in a state where the study team is not able to conduct telehealth (remote) visits (confirm with trial site)
