Who may not be able to join:
- You are currently having thoughts of suicide that require urgent medical attention right now

- You have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder or a psychotic disorder
- You have had a problem with alcohol or drug misuse in the last 3 months
- You are currently taking medications that have a significant effect on your sleep or your body's internal clock (confirm with trial site)
- You have worked night shifts or travelled across multiple time zones in the past month
- You have a medical or neurological condition that could interfere with taking part in the study (confirm with trial site)
- You are currently pregnant
