Who might be able to join this trial:
- Children between 5 and 10 years old
- Children who have not received any sedation or anaesthetic medication through a drip in the past 12 hours
- Children who are expected to stay in the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) for at least 48 to 72 hours
- Children who are awake and able to communicate
- Children with a full score on the Glasgow Coma Scale, a standard medical measure of consciousness (confirm with trial site)

- Children with a visual impairment
- Children with limited movement or function in their hands
- Children with a severe or profound intellectual disability
- Children with epilepsy or a history of seizures
- Children who are severely underweight
- Children with a long-term lung or breathing condition
- Children with a long-term heart or cardiovascular condition
- Children who have surgical implants
- Children with osteoporosis (a condition affecting bone strength)
- Children with a diagnosed sleep disorder
- Children who are currently using sleep medication
- Children with any physical or mental health condition that prevents them from communicating
