Who might be able to join this trial:

- People who have already had a pulmonary artery (PA) pressure sensor successfully implanted and are being monitored at a participating study centre
- People who are willing to record a short, set piece of text every day for 3 months using a smartphone or tablet
- People who are able to comfortably read the study passage aloud in either English or German
- People who have given written consent to participate

- People who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or who are not willing to use birth control during the study

- People who have a planned heart procedure involving surgery or instruments during the study period

- People who have chronic kidney disease that requires dialysis (a machine to filter the blood)
- People who have a cognitive (thinking or memory) difficulty that would make it hard to complete the daily voice recording
- People who are not able to read English or German
- People who are physically unable to use the recording device
