Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 18 to 85 years, of any gender
- People who have been diagnosed with ischemic cardiomyopathy (a type of heart disease caused by reduced blood flow to the heart)

Who may not be able to join:

- People who have a bulging or ballooning area on the wall of the heart's main pumping chamber
- People whom the investigator determines would be unable to complete a PET scan (a type of imaging test)
- People with severely reduced kidney function
- People with severely reduced liver function
- People who have a fever or an active infection that the investigator considers makes participation unsuitable
- Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding
- People who are unable to have an MRI scan, for example due to claustrophobia (fear of enclosed spaces) or having certain metal implants in their body
- People with mental health conditions or who are unlikely to be able to follow the study requirements
- People with significant ongoing occupational exposure to radiation, or those who have received radioactive substances or radiation for treatment or research purposes within the past 10 years
- People whom the investigator considers unsuitable for the trial for any other reason
