Who may be able to join
- People aged between 60 and 79 years old
- People who are able to walk on a treadmill at their own comfortable pace for at least 30 minutes, with short breaks if needed

- People with an unstable heart or cardiovascular condition, such as a recent heart attack, unstable chest pain, or an uncontrolled irregular heartbeat
- People with high blood pressure that is not currently under control
- People with a serious mental health condition that would make it difficult to take part in the trial
- People with a health condition that makes moderate-to-high intensity strength training unsafe for them
- People who are currently taking part in a structured high-intensity strength training program
- People with any other medical condition that the study investigator considers would put them at increased risk during the trial (confirm with trial site)
