Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia or long-term widespread pain
• People who also experience trouble sleeping, waking up frequently during the night, or waking up too early in the morning
• People who have noticed difficulties with concentration or memory
• People who have reliable access to the internet, as the treatment involves an online program

Who may not be able to join:

• People who have difficulty understanding English
• People with a known neurological condition (other than depression or anxiety) that is likely to affect how pain is measured in the study — for example, nerve damage caused by diabetes (confirm with trial site)
• People diagnosed with a major mental health condition such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or a psychotic disorder
• People with epilepsy
• People with significant memory or thinking problems, dementia, or a condition affecting brain function over time
• People who have had surgery in the past 3 months, or who have surgery planned during the study period
• People who currently work night shifts or plan to do so during the study period
• People who have been diagnosed with a sleep disorder, such as sleep apnea, restless legs syndrome, a circadian rhythm disorder, or parasomnia
• People who have taken prescribed sleeping medication on more than 2 nights in the past 2 weeks
• People who are currently receiving psychological therapy specifically for insomnia
• People who are pregnant or breastfeeding
