Who may be able to join
- Women between 18 and 70 years of age.

- People who have received any cancer treatment — including chemotherapy, hormone therapy, immunotherapy, or biological therapy — for any cancer within the 4 weeks before the trial treatment would begin.
- People who have been diagnosed with another cancer in the past 5 years, except for certain treated skin cancers or a specific type of pre-cancerous cervical condition that has been adequately treated.
- People with a known active HIV infection, active hepatitis B infection (above a certain level), or detectable hepatitis C infection.
- People who have had an autoimmune disease (where the immune system attacks the body) that required medication to suppress the immune system within the past 2 years.
- People with serious ongoing health conditions, including active infections requiring antibiotic treatment within the past 2 weeks, certain heart conditions, or a psychiatric condition that could affect the ability to follow the trial requirements.
- People who have previously received a bone marrow transplant or an organ transplant from another person.
- Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or women who could become pregnant but are unwilling to use a highly effective form of contraception during treatment and for at least 7 months after the last dose.
- People with a known allergy or sensitivity to any ingredient in the trial medications (serplulimab or SHR-A1811).
- People who have any other condition that, in the treating doctor's judgement, could affect their safety or their ability to complete the trial.
