Who might be able to join this trial:

- People who were admitted to hospital for a confirmed heart attack or serious cardiac event within the past 15 days

- People who have a condition involving too much iron in the body or a problem with how the body processes iron
- People who have an active widespread infection or bacteria in the bloodstream at the time of enrolment
- People who are already taking part in another clinical trial that involves an experimental medication
- People whose overall health situation, in the treating doctor's judgement, would make participation unsafe or difficult to manage
