Who might be able to join this trial:

  • People who are 18 years of age or older

  • People who have other heart or major blood vessel conditions that cause a blockage affecting blood flow out of the heart, such as severe narrowing of the aortic valve or certain structural abnormalities present from birth
  • People who have ongoing irregular heart rhythms, such as persistent atrial fibrillation or other serious rhythm problems, that could affect the accuracy of heart monitoring during the study
  • People who have previously had a procedure or surgery to treat a blockage in the heart's outflow pathway, such as alcohol septal ablation or surgical removal of heart muscle tissue
  • People who have other health conditions that the trial doctors consider unsuitable for participation, including certain medical reasons that would make the heart stress tests unsafe (confirm with trial site)
  • People who are currently taking part in another clinical trial
